Javier Pérez Dolset, “Entrepreneur of the Year 2008”

Javier Pérez Dolset, President and CEO of Zed Group, has been awarded with “Entrepreneur of the Year 2008”, organized by Ernst & Young in collaboration with IESE, Vocento and Fortis. The jury chose Javier among 15 nominations. Prominent celebrities of the Spanish business panorama attended the ceremony which took place at the Casino of Madrid.

This award recognizes Javier Pérez’s entrepreneurial spirit, sense of innovation, management improvement and his commitment with society. “Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 Award” is also a public recognition to entrepreneurs that, in addition to being shareholders, are the main drivers of the companies they manage.

Javier Perez Dolset was proclaimed "Entrepreneur of the Year 2008" because of his successful management of Zed Group. According to the jury he is the perfect model of entrepreneur because due to his skilled management, determination and sense of risk and innovation, he has succeeded in guiding the company. Zed’s CEO will be the Spanish representative in worldwide edition of the “Entrepreneur of the Year Awards”. This edition will be held on May in Montecarlo, summing the winners of 49 countries.
